In 2018, based on the experience accumulated over the years in extruding PEEK sheet and rod profiles, our company increased its R&D efforts and continuously overcame technical difficulties. The PEEK sheet and rod profile continuous extrusion project has achieved great success, and sales have increased month by month. The size of PEEK profiles extruded by Jiangsu Junhua Special Plastics has continuously broken domestic records. Now, it can extrude PEEK pure material rods with a diameter of 250 and carbon fiber reinforced PEEK rods with a diameter of 150.
1. The concentricity and straightness of the rapidly extruded PEEK tube are greatly improved
Because PEEK itself needs to reach a melting point of 334℃ to melt, the tube will lose its roundness due to gravity in the molten state, and it will solidify quickly when cooled below the melting point, which makes it difficult to control the size of the rapidly extruded PEEK tube. After unremitting efforts, the roundness, straightness and other qualities of the PEEK tube extruded by our company have been significantly improved, reaching the quality standards of similar foreign products.
The rapidly extruded PEEK tube has good size control, and at the same time brings the advantage that the open series products such as the open ring are not easily deformed after post-processing.

2. Extrusion of PEEK capillaries with qualified dimensional tolerances of Φ1.75*Φ1.4, Φ3.2*Φ1.6, Φ1.6*Φ0.5mm, etc.
After continuous data query and practical exploration by technical personnel, and continuous in-depth research on extrusion conditions such as extrusion temperature, extrusion die, and extrusion speed, we finally successfully developed PEEK capillaries of Φ1.75*Φ1.4, Φ3.2*Φ1.6, and Φ1.6*Φ0.5mm. PEEK capillaries are widely used in the analytical instrument industry and the medical device industry. The company will continue to increase investment, increase specifications, and make sufficient inventory to better meet customer needs.
