The ERP system is an information system that manages the three major flows of an enterprise: logistics, capital flow, and information flow in a comprehensive and integrated manner, which requires ensuring the accuracy of inventory data. In order to reduce the impact on production and to check the accuracy of inventory data, the Finance Department and the Warehouse Department organized employees to stop production and check inventory from May 1 to 2. As a member of the company, they gave up their vacation and worked together to create a better super gathering.
First, the single supervisor made a clear division of the areas that each group was responsible for, and once again emphasized the importance and requirements of inventory. After assigning the work to each group, everyone quickly found their own area of responsibility according to the pre-divided groups, and started to work in an intense and orderly manner.
Each group has a clear division of labor, weighing, counting, registering and checking cards and inventory sheets for the physical objects, while the quality assurance department confirms the quality of the inventory, busy but not chaotic. Then each group handed the recorded inventory sheets to the data entry staff for data registration to ensure that the profile code is consistent with that in the system. For any doubts found during the registration process, the data entry staff will hand over the inventory sheets to the financial staff for review. Everyone came in and out, busy, passionate, energetic, and sweating. What a picture full of vitality and sunshine.
