Made of high-purity PEEK, it features high strength, corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance, and good biocompatibility.
It can withstand pressure up to about 40 MPa.
The one-piece design eliminates the need for a blade ring, making it convenient, easy to use, and reusable.
Multiple specifications are available, and customization is also possible.
Suitable for PEEK or fluoroplastic pipes with an outer diameter of 1/16.
Remark:
1. Integral connectors can be customized according to customer requirements, such as connectors that can be adapted to pipe sizes of 2/2.5/3/3.2/4, etc. For large quantities, materials or colors can be customized.
2. The pressure resistance value is related to the strength of the pipeline, the internal dimensions of the components, and the force applied by hand tightening.
3. JHZT-1609, JHZT-1610 and JHZT-1612 are machined, and have good appearance and dimensional accuracy.
4. Wrenches are available for both external hexagonal and flat-end fittings. Some knurled fittings also come with wrenches. Please consult customer service for details!
