PEEK star wheels are made from modified PEEK resin and high-strength, wear-resistant carbon fiber, solving the problem of deformation and wear that easily occurs in pure PEEK and other polyester materials under high temperature and pressure. Single-screw PEEK star wheel plates can operate under high pressure, making them suitable for high exhaust pressure applications. Their low vibration and noise are of great significance in aerospace, and the single-screw rotor and star wheel have a contact seal, making it easier to achieve oil-free operation at low speeds.
If a steel star wheel is used, due to the large coefficient of thermal expansion and the large amount of expansion, a large gap must be left between the star wheel and the screw. This not only leads to more leakage and lower efficiency, but also easily causes seizing and major failures. If a star wheel made of PEEK modified material is used, it is resistant to high temperatures and has a low coefficient of linear expansion. This not only improves efficiency, but also reduces the frequency of maintenance, thereby reducing the labor intensity of maintenance personnel and maintenance costs.

1. PEEK star wheel has low noise and low vibration. Because the single screw compressor has a reasonable structure and ideal force balance, the vibration is small. In addition, the compression chamber is water-lubricated and there is no speed-increasing gear, so the noise is also low.
2. PEEK has high strength, good toughness, and good impact resistance. Because the radial and axial forces on the screw are automatically balanced by the gas force, the planetary gears need to withstand the gas force, requiring them to have sufficient strength and rigidity.
3. PEEK is wear-resistant and self-lubricating, and can maintain high wear resistance and low coefficient of friction even at 250 ℃.
4. PEEK has good dimensional stability, better airtightness, low coefficient of thermal expansion, and is not easy to seize up.
5. PEEK star wheels have a longer service life, reducing the frequency of maintenance and operation.
6. PEEK has low moisture absorption and good resistance to damp heat. It can maintain good mechanical properties even under high temperature and high humidity. In addition, it has outstanding resistance to hydrolysis and is resistant to steam, water and seawater.
