PEEKFRTP CFF carbon fiber felt reinforced polyetheretherketone composite material

Product Overview

PEEKFRTP CFF is a high-end, high-performance thermoplastic composite material. It uses needle-punched carbon fiber felt as the reinforcing material and semi-crystalline thermoplastic polymer PEEK as the prepreg resin, and is formed by high-temperature hot pressing.

It possesses excellent properties such as light weight, high mechanical strength, high toughness, fatigue resistance, resistance to damp heat, corrosion resistance, and good biocompatibility, and can be used at temperatures up to 280°C. It is applied in fields such as medical devices, petrochemicals, and the automotive industry.

Short-cut carbon fiber mesh tire

Short-cut carbon fiber mesh typically refers to a mesh structure composed of short-cut carbon fiber materials. It is commonly used to enhance the mechanical properties of composite materials, particularly in the aerospace, automotive, and sporting goods industries. This mesh structure effectively improves the strength, rigidity, and impact resistance of materials while maintaining low weight.

High temperature hot press

High-temperature hot presses are widely used in the manufacture of composite materials, especially in the molding process of materials such as carbon fiber and glass fiber. By applying pressure under high temperature and high pressure conditions, hot presses can uniformly heat and apply pressure to these materials, enabling them to achieve optimal mechanical properties and surface quality.
