Product Overview

PEEKFRTP GF-WF is a high-end, high-performance thermoplastic composite material. It uses electronic-grade, high-strength glass fiber fabric as reinforcement and semi-crystalline thermoplastic polymer PEEK as prepreg resin, and is formed by high-temperature hot pressing.

It possesses excellent properties such as light weight, high strength, high toughness, high damage resistance, fatigue resistance, resistance to damp heat, corrosion resistance, and electrical insulation, and can be used at temperatures up to 240°C. It is widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, automotive, and electronic semiconductor industries.
