PLAN – Planning

 

In order to effectively promote quality management, improve the company’s quality management level, enhance the auditing capabilities of internal auditors, and meet the needs of the company’s system management and strategic development, with the high attention and support of the company’s leadership, Shanghai Chaoju invited system training instructors to organize a two-day training session on IATF16949:2016 & GJB9001C:2017 standards in August 2021. General Manager Li, General Manager Liu, and General Manager Tan accompanied 50 of the company’s elites to participate in the training.

 

DO – Implementation

This training session featured lectures by senior, top-rated instructor Mr. Qi. The training content included interpretations of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and GJB 9001C standard clauses, as well as enterprise management methods. Based on these standards, the training provided detailed explanations of internal audits, internal audit techniques and methods, management review methods, auditor requirements and responsibilities, and common problems in system operation.

Teacher Qi’s lectures were insightful and easy to understand, progressing from specific points to a broader perspective. His vivid case studies and practical application, combined with real-world work experience, illustrative analogies, and a humorous style, made the originally dry theoretical knowledge lively, engaging, and easy to comprehend. This allowed trainees to gain a clearer and deeper understanding of the practical application of quality management systems. Colleagues actively participated, interacting with the teacher, raising questions, and engaging in in-depth discussions.

 

CHECK

 

Following the completion of the standards training, all trainees underwent a unified assessment and obtained internal auditor qualification certificates. Trainees from various departments clarified their understanding of the system’s operational approach in light of this year’s work plans and identified their individual weaknesses in implementing the system standards.

 

 

 

ACT – Disposal

 

The trainees expressed their determination to strengthen and improve the management system, and to promote it within their respective departments, adhering to the principle of full participation. General Manager Li then outlined further requirements for the system implementation:

1. Implement comprehensive management and control over the company’s internal knowledge;

2. Improve the quality assurance department’s system architecture based on operational needs;

3. Streamline and improve meeting procedures, and only hold effective meetings;

4. Improve enterprise management based on the PDCA process management method;

5. In accordance with the standard requirements, conduct training for employees on the quality policy and related system content.

 

Summarize

 

Through this training, the company’s management and internal auditors gained a better understanding of the importance of the quality management system and its practical operating procedures and methods. Colleagues developed a deeper understanding of the system standards and clarified the direction for improvement in subsequent system work. This will facilitate the effective operation of the company’s system, enhance the company’s standardized management capabilities, establish a focus on product quality, and increase customer satisfaction, laying a foundation for the company’s development into a leading domestic enterprise.
