In order to effectively promote quality management, improve the company’s quality management level, enhance the audit capabilities of internal auditors, and meet the needs of the company’s system management and strategic development, with the high attention and support of the company’s leadership, in August 2021, Shanghai Chaoju invited system training teachers to specially organize a 2-day IATF16949:2016& GJB9001C:2017 standard study and training. Mr. Li, Mr. Liu, and Mr. Tan accompanied 50 elites of the company to participate in the training.


DO-Implementation


This training invited senior gold medal lecturer Mr. Qi to give lectures. The training content includes interpretation of ISO9001, IATF16949 and GJB9001C standard clauses, enterprise management methods, etc. Based on the standards, internal audit, internal audit skills and audit methods, management review methods, auditor requirements and responsibilities, common problems in system operation, etc. were explained in detail.

Mr. Qi’s lectures are easy to understand, from point to surface, and the cases are vivid and vivid. The practical operation courses are combined with actual work experience, vivid metaphors and humorous conversations to make the originally awkward theoretical knowledge lively and easy to understand, so that the trainees have a clearer understanding and deeper understanding of the actual application of the quality management system. Colleagues participated enthusiastically, interacted with teachers actively, raised questions about knowledge points, and conducted in-depth discussions.

CHECK-Inspection


After the standard study, all trainees underwent a unified assessment and obtained internal auditor qualification certificates. Trainees from various departments of the company combined this year’s work plan to clarify the ideas of system operation. Sort out the weaknesses of personal system standard work.


ACT-Disposal


The trainees expressed their desire to strengthen and improve the management system, and to promote it in various departments based on the principle of full participation. President Li put forward further requirements for the system work: 1. Overall control of the company’s internal knowledge; 2. Improve the system architecture of the quality assurance department based on operations; 3. Sort out and improve the meeting system, and only hold effective meetings; 4. Improve enterprise management based on the process management method PDCA; 5. According to standard requirements, educate employees on quality policies and system-related content.
