1. Features of gear testing equipment

2. Gear testing equipment can detect items

It can measure the basic error items such as the tooth profile, helix and pitch deviation (FP, FPK, fPt, Fu) and radial runout (Fr) of involute cylindrical external gear;

It can measure the involute cylindrical internal gear with a tooth top circle of ³Φ13mm, helix and pitch deviation (FP, FPK, fPt, Fu) and radial runout (Fr). t, Fu); 3. Measurement of unknown gears:

Enter the number of teeth, pressure angle, and tooth width of unknown gears (involute cylindrical internal gears, involute cylindrical external gears), and calculate the normal module, base circle diameter and helix angle of the gear by scanning the tooth surface;

6. Linear worm gears

Can measure error items such as tooth form error (Fα, ffα, fHα), pitch error (FP, FPK, fPt, Fu) and gear ring radial runout error (Fr) of linear worm gears (Archimedes, involute, normal straight profile). The error can be automatically evaluated according to the grade specified in GB 10089-88 standard and the user-defined tolerance; 7.
