◆ Wear resistance: PEEK polymers and their composites exhibit good wear resistance in many extremely harsh application environments such as high temperature, high load, and strong corrosion.

◆ Self-lubricating: It has a low coefficient of friction, enabling oil-free lubrication and long-term operation in media such as oil, water, steam, and weak acids and alkalis.

◆ Corrosion resistance: Insoluble in common solvents, it has good corrosion resistance to various organic and inorganic chemical reagents.

◆ High strength: It has good mechanical strength among plastics. It also has high rigidity and surface hardness.

◆ Easy to process: Parts can be directly manufactured using injection molding. Post-processing such as turning, milling, drilling, tapping, bonding, and ultrasonic welding are also possible.

◆ Flame retardancy: Without the use of any additives, the flammability rating of a 1.45 mm thick PEEK sample is UL94 V-0.

◆ Electrical performance: It maintains stable and excellent electrical performance over a wide range of temperatures and frequencies.

Jiangsu Junhua Co., Ltd. has introduced advanced European PEEK profile extrusion production lines, enabling the extrusion of PEEK sheets with a width of 1250mm. This significantly improves production efficiency, enhances PEEK product quality, ensures on-time delivery, and reduces costs. Currently, the domestic market for extruded PEEK sheets generally suffers from low production capacity. The new equipment imported from Europe and the United States not only improves sheet quality but also greatly increases the company’s production capacity, effectively guaranteeing customers’ on-time delivery requirements.

The extrusion capability allows for PEEK sheets up to 1250mm wide, expanding Jiangsu Junhua’s extrusion sheet width from 600mm to 1250mm, broadening the market and meeting customer demand for ultra-wide PEEK sheets. The 1250mm PEEK sheet satisfies the need for ultra-wide PEEK sheets in industries such as valves for large-size PEEK parts, while also allowing for higher material utilization during machining.
