PEEK exhibits superior overall performance due to the presence of numerous benzene ring structures in its molecules.
PEEK (polyetheretherketone) resin is a high-performance specialty thermoplastic material and one of the most important varieties of commercially available polyaryletherketone resins. Currently, PEEK is widely used in petroleum, food processing, automotive, and aerospace industries due to its excellent electrical, mechanical, high-temperature, and corrosion resistance properties.
PEEK powder is made by grinding the coarse powder after PEEK polymerization. Different grinding processes can produce powders with different mesh sizes. PEEK3600P is a powder with a high melt flow rate, suitable for molding, spraying and other processing methods.
PEEK3600P powder is more suitable for spray coating processes, and its high fluidity allows for better coating leveling.
