PEEK (polyetheretherketone) resin is a high-performance specialty thermoplastic material and one of the most important commercial polyaryletherketone resins. Currently, PEEK is widely used in the petroleum, food processing, automotive, and aerospace industries due to its excellent electrical and mechanical properties, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance.
PEEK powder is ground from the coarse powder after PEEK polymerization. Depending on the grinding process, different mesh sizes can be produced. PEEK3600P is a high melt flow rate powder suitable for processing methods such as molding and spraying.
PEEK3600P powder is more suitable for spraying process, and its high fluidity can make the coating level better.
